When you vote you are voting for the candidate that will join the board of directors.
The incoming executive board members (President & Vice President) will then take the four members with the highest votes and will select the open role that is the best fit based on the expected office goals, candidate experience, and the candidate's preference.

This survey helps us assess what we are doing well, and what could use some improvement as we prepare for our next season this summer! We will be accepting feedback from members, friends, and event guests.
