Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to engage and empower Worcester’s young professional women. We create opportunities for local young professional women to come together to improve themselves and our community. Women in our organization are uniquely positioned to contribute to the region’s economy, hold leadership positions in the business and non-profit sectors, and influence policy that will ensure a strong society for years to come. Our members seek to make our region a better place to live, work, play, and stay.
Our Story
The YPWA was founded in 2011 with the vision of engaging and empowering Worcester’s young professional women through educational and social endeavors.
The YPWA fosters connections for professional women who seek to make our region a better place to live, work, play, and stay. Our monthly events provide opportunities for our members to network, socialize, and become informed about important topics ranging from Worcester’s economic vitality to their own personal well-being and professional development.
We strive within this network to come together to improve ourselves and our community.
