A little more about our presenter: Tess has over 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, and investing and is an expert in change management, leadership development, and financial education.

Tess currently works as the Senior Director of the Business Operations, overseeing the technology and operations functions at Acceleration Partners (AP), an-award winning performance marketing agency. Of the 5+ years she has spent at AP, Tess spent 2 of those years overseeing Acceleration Partner's largest global client (Uber) and living in Singapore for over a year to launch strategic marketing programs in the Asian Pacific region. Tess now heads up the Business Operations team, reporting directly to the CFO. She has been promoted 6 times in 5 years, and has since tripled her starting salary.
