If you answered YES, then you needed this session! This session focused on ways to manage and relieve stress. We explored breathing techniques and yoga poses with Andrea from Barre Intoxication. Then we cooled our jets with some craft beer from Greater Good. Helena from Nesting Stone was also on site to present her line of CBD products and healing jewelry.
